• At this time we only except online credit for returns within 12 days from the shipping date.

• Your credit will have to match the new purchase price, as the remaining credit balance will not be carried over.

• To be eligible for an online credit, your item(s) must have no sign of being worn, must be unwashed, undamaged, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free, with the tags still attached. 

• Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or it will not be eligible for a return.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s).

• Please allow up to 7 days for your return credit to be processed

Return Shipping

• All items being returned need to be shipped on or before the 7th day after receiving your package. 

• Merchandise must be shipped in a well maintained box or envelope to prevent damage.

• Please include your invoice when returning the merchandise, along with your reason for returning.
